A few years ago, I lost my passion for creating content and stepped away from the internet. When I returned in 2026, I made a promise to myself that this time I would show up as my authentic self. No filters, no pretending to have it all figured out, just me.
What started as sharing meals and conversations quickly became something much bigger. Every day, people from all over the world began sharing their stories with me. Stories about recovery, self-worth, body image, anxiety, grief, happiness and everything in between. Through those conversations, one message kept coming back to me.
You deserve food, and so do I.
What began as a simple phrase became a reminder that food is not something we need to earn. It's not a reward and it isn't something we should feel guilty for enjoying. It's nourishment, connection, comfort, celebration and part of being human.
This collection was created as a little reminder to be kinder to yourself. Whether you're having a good day, a hard day, or somewhere in between, I hope these pieces make you feel seen, supported and safe.
