Domestic Shipping — Australia

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed and shipped from the following Monday.

Please allow 2–3 business days for dispatch during product launches, sale periods, restocks, or other high-volume periods.

If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order will be shipped once the pre-order item is available. Estimated shipping timeframes for pre-order items are listed on the individual product page. If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

Standard Shipping Australia: 7–12 business days  —$12.95 AUD

Free Shipping: Available on all Australian orders over $120.00 AUD

Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days — $24.95

Duties & Taxes

For customers in the USA and Europe, import duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout.

For other international destinations, additional duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s customs regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are clearly marked on their product pages, along with estimated shipping timeframes. Please review this information carefully before placing your order.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready. To receive in-stock pieces sooner, please place a separate order.
